How long will it take for you to ship an order?

Orders for items that we have in stock will be shipped the next business day. Special orders take an average of 8 weeks, but depends on the designer.

Where is my tracking number?

All orders that are shipped from the store are shipped via UPS Ground. If you need a tracking number, please call us with your name, order date, and the item you ordered and we will be happy to give you your tracking number.

What are the hours of your store?

We are open every day (except Thanksgiving and Christmas) from 10 am to 5 pm Pacific time. During the summer months we are open later, but we will be here at least these hours all year long.
